ada yang bergolak hatinya
ada yang tenang, senang menikmati manisnya iman

ada yang bertindak protes
ada yang berpeluk tubuh

ada yang baru tiba
ada yang sudah pergi

ada yang baru bersatu
ada yang telah berpisah

peristiwa bergandingan
ada yang serasi
ada yang berlawanan
sunnah nya alam
sunnatullah

Alhamdulillah a'la kulli hal, basikal pink went missing, got stolen at figuoera.
The semester was over and the bike's gone.

Alhamdulillaah, a muslim neighbor gave his bike for free,
Muslims here usually dont charge their muslims brothers/sisters
MashaAllah, what a wonderful brotherhood

the last day of spring(semester)
final presentation
and the finals are coming
soon...

the anxiety
of being asked
and the expectation of being able to answer

wouldn't the feeling
be tremendously greater
on the day of judgement?

would us be so frightened to speak
so the limbs would speak on our behalf?

poverty
was a memory for some
but many more are still suffering in it

poverty
the poor's fault
or the wealthy's fault?


poverty
physically = bad
spiritually = worse
physically + spiritually = WORST

mashaAllaah
the early muslims
most were poor
but they were very 'rich' in eeman
and those who're wealthy
were generous and always reached out for the needy

bahasa ibundaku bahasa jawa
bahasa negaraku bahasa malaysia
bahasa nabiku bahasa Arab
bahasa studiku bahasa Inggeris

iklan-iklan di atas mula menerawang
if i didnt write in English
simply because they dont understand

are we gonna be able to understand Qur'an
if we dont know the language?
how good will be our understanding?
how deep will be our appreciation?

are we gonna be like the 'iklan-iklan di atas'?

lagikan di tempat kecil pun boleh tersesat, apatah lagi di bumi yang luas
wayar usb itu telah 'hilang' atau lebih tepat salah letak, atau terlupa letaknya di mana

pusing keliling satu ruangan, punggah-memunggah, tinjau-meninjau
wayar usb itu tiada di mana-mana

ruang ini begitu kecil untuk wayar usb bersembunyi
tapi yang mencari masih belum berjumpa

bawaku berfikir dan merenung
di ruang kecil sudah boleh 'hilang', apatah lagi di luar sana
kita insan kerdil yang selalu lupa tujuan, salah memilih jalan
berapa kali kita ingin kesasar sebelum bertemu jalan pulang

Allah Maha Esa, Satu
begitu juga jalan menujunya
hanya ada Satu
Islam....
