:: There's no such an 'easy question' ::
A friend of mine always asked me at the beginning of our conversation, "How's your iman and dakwah today?". Each time she asked me this, it took me few moments before I could answer her back. And most of the times I was not answering her question.
Why is it so hard for me to answer this question?
May be it's because I wasnt paying attention to my qalb on that day, and because of that my polluted qalb couldnt taste the sweetness of iman. And I was so ashamed to tell her that my iman was in a very grave condition.
Dakwah? It's an obligation, but I've failed to give it my top priority. I have lots of time to do other things, which sometimes were totally useless. I gave a whole lot of excuses a.k.a lies: people dont want to listen to me, they dont like the halaqahs, etc made me down, giving the whole opportunity for shaytan to deceive me.
And I was so ashamed to tell the truth, my dakwah was hibernating.
Its pretty common to be ashamed in front of people, but the other way around in front of Allah Ta'ala ... =(

kalaulah ...
Kayu kalau terbakar
jadi kayu yang terbakar
lepas tu jadi arang
tak pun jadi abu
Cell kalau rosak
jadi cancerous cell
lepas tu rosak
tak pun mati
makanan kalau terbiar
jadi makanan basi
lepas tu busuk
tak pun berkulat
ozon kalau dah bocor
jadi pemanasan global
lepas tu glacier cair
tak pun manusia dapat skin cancer
orang kalau dah malas
jadi manusia malas
lepas tu tak kerja
tak pun nyusahkan orang lain
Muslim kalau dah tak practice
jadi macam bukan Islam
lepas tu tak kisah hukum
tak pun tak sedar diri
Dosa kalau dah menimbun
jadi aktiviti harian
lepas tu makin bertambah
tak pun tak pernah taubat

:: Sekilas ke Tafseer Surah 12 ::
Tetapi adakah kita berterima kasih?
Adakah kita sentiasa memilih Allah dalam hidup kita?
Adakah kita selalu mendahulukan Allah atas segala benda yang lain?

:: Yang biasa ::
Saya belajar engineering
Saya belajar bussiness
Saya belajar medicine
Saya bukan aliran agama
Saya belajar kat universiti biasa
Bukan Al-azhar bukan al-Qura
Tu sebab saya tak reti hal-hal agama ni
Lagipun saya takde masa nak belajar semua benda sekaligus sekarang ni
Mungkin kalau saya dah habis degree
Barulah ada masa untuk belajar sikit-sikit ilmu agama
Ataupun masa dah pencen bila ada banyak masa free
Nantilah
Masih ada banyak masa lagi

:: where have you been? Havent seen you for a while ::
I was at the far, far away land
Hundreds of miles away from home
What for?
Seeking for knowledge
to know the world better
to earn a degree
to get a good job
and then live a happy life
Found anything interesting?
I found Islam there
What do you mean?
I got to know my religion better
I've learnt more than ever
How come?
The spirit of learning is so pure
and knowledge sharing is almost everywhere
Just open your heart
Spend a few bucks
Allocate some of your time
Then seek and you shall find
By the way, where is it exactly? Somewhere in the desert?
No,
It's the land of opportunity
It's the USA

Bismillah
Alhamdulillah,
Now I am here again, riding happily on the Ilm train.
This time I am on the TCE train.
This blessed journey and I hope it'll be accepted.
This blessed gathering and I hope I gain a lot.
This blessed 'ilm and I hope I can share it.
InshaAllah.
The Code Evolved
Along the history
So many that we don't know
and So many that we have to learn
To understand what had happened
To begin loving the history
To begin loving our great ancestors
To begin appreaciating their legacy
Now
I am looking to the other passengers
Everyone is smiling happily
Grateful to be able to get on the Ilm train
Enjoying the journey
The journey has begun
For the many miles to come

Bismillah
One day, a young girl asked her father,
"Oh my dear father, do you love me?"
The father smiled and answered,
"You're the sunshine of my life. Of course I love you deeply"
The young girl asked again,
"What do you want me to be when I grew up?"
The father answered,
" I just want you to be a good daughter of mine"
Curious, the young girl asked another question,
"What a good daughter should do?"
The father still smiling, answered,
"Perform solat, take care of her parents when they're old, and make du'a for them when they're gone"
The little girl thought for a few seconds and said,
"Then, you are not a good son. I never saw you perform solat and pray for the late grandpa"
Lesson~practice what you preach.
